RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order before we ship it you, you must notify us of the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing
We offer a 14-day return from the date of your receipt if you change your mind.
The items must be returned in their original condition and the original undamaged packing or a similar protective tube or box.
Please note that all returns happen at your own risk and expense.
If returning from outside the EU: Please make sure to fill out the correct paperwork so that the parcel will not get stuck in customs.
The items must be returned or handed over to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we are notified of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the items are dispatched before the end of the 14-day period. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items.
All payments received by you will be refunded, including delivery costs. Excluded from this are the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us. A commission may be charged for issuing
a refund.
Refunds will be made promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are notified of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The same method of payment will be used for this refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items or you have provided proof of their return, whichever is earlier.
You will only be liable for any diminution in value of the items if this is the result of handling that is not necessary for the purpose of inspecting their condition, characteristics and functionality.
If your order is being delivered to the USA, you may be liable for import fees (known as tariffs) before your order is delivered.
We strongly recommend you look up the tariff rates for the state you are shipping to before you make your purchase. If you refuse the package, it will be returned to us. In this case we will deduct outbound and return shipping and any handling fees before issuing a refund.
